What is SantexQ?

SantexQ, or “the Q” as we call it, is a web-based tool created to assist businesses of all types with time reporting, project managing, and billing tasks (this feature coming soon). Designed to enhance team efficiency, the Q keeps the critical information close by: your projects’ progress reports, deadlines and time budgets – all available at a glance.

Who should use the Q?

Any business that wants to efficiently manage their tasks and report their time is more than welcome to use the Q.

Who is behind the Q?

The Q was developed by a team from Santex Group, a technology-centered family of award-winning companies dedicated to helping businesses in their online endeavors.

What are the system requirements for the Q?

The Q is completely web-based: additional software downloads and installations aren’t necessary. An internet connection and a Javascript-enabled browser are the only two requirements to run the Q. For optimal user experience, we recommend the Firefox web browser.

How much does the Q cost?

$0. Zero. Nothing. Nada Amigo!

Can I import and export data from other project management programs?

Yes and No. Currently, you can export your data into XML format. The import feature is still in the works.

Will my project information be secure and private?

Yes. We are committed to the security and privacy of all users. All data is backed up daily and you also have the option to export your data for back up purposes. We also use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to protect your information in transit to and from your browser and our server.

Are there any long term contracts?

No, after creating an account you are free to leave at anytime. Remember, it's FREE!

I like the Q, but it doesn't have all the features I need. What kind of updates can I expect to see?

We are dedicated to improving the Q and providing timely updates with the features that people need the most.
